About the Role

We’re looking for a confident and driven Telesales Agent to join our growing team in Gibraltar. This role is all about connection: building relationships over the phone, understanding customer needs, and closing deals that deliver real value quickly.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services

  • Build rapport quickly, listen actively, and present solutions that match customer needs

  • Hit and exceed individual sales targets with energy and consistency

  • Keep accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to share insights and strategies

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous telesales, call centre, or customer-facing sales experience

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a positive attitude

  • Resilience: comfortable handling objections and bouncing back fast

  • Self-motivation with a hunger to hit (and beat) targets

  • Experience in financial services, telecoms, or similar fast-paced sectors

  • English speaking

  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
