We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team in Gibraltar/ Spain. This is a contract position requiring individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for Telesales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, converting them into sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
• Provide detailed information about products and services to prospective customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate with customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team and report on sales performance and feedback.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and product knowledge.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Telesales or a similar sales role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong telephone presence (English speaking) UK client based.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High level of motivation and a results-oriented approach.
