What You’ll Do

• Own screening and shortlisting of candidates for technical, commercial, and operational positions.
• Guide candidates through the full interview journey — from introduction to offer.
• Coordinate interviews and gather structured feedback from clients.
• Advise clients on hiring strategy, candidate selection, and role design.
• Identify and onboard new client partners to grow our agency portfolio.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in iGaming or other high-growth digital industries.
• Strong ability to assess candidate fit across culture, skills, and growth potential.
• Excellent organisational skills — able to manage multiple pipelines and priorities with precision.
• Confidence in handling multiple roles and working directly with clients.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills — representing both client and candidate with professionalism.
