We’re looking for a sharp, motivated Talent Acquisition Partner with online gaming industry experience to take our recruitment strategy to the next level. You’ll own the end-to-end hiring process across key roles in product, marketing, tech, operations, and customer support — bringing in exceptional talent that fits both the role and our culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements.
  • Own full-cycle recruitment from briefing to offer stage.
  • Source top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Craft compelling job ads that reflect our tone and attract the right candidates.
  • Conduct screening interviews and guide structured hiring processes.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our EVP across platforms.
  • Drive hiring for high-growth areas like CRM, retention, sports trading, and development.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and keep ATS data accurate and up to date.
  • Support DEI goals and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, quality of hire).

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in gaming or fast-paced digital industries.
  • Proven track record hiring for commercial, technical, and operational roles.
  • Deep understanding of sourcing tools, talent trends, and gaming market dynamics.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g. Workable, HackerRank, Greenhouse).
  • Passion for people, process, and delivering great candidate experiences.
  • Ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities at speed — with accuracy.
