Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements
• Own full-cycle recruitment from briefing to offer stage
• Source top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks
• Craft compelling job ads that reflect our tone and attract the right candidates
• Conduct screening interviews and help guide structured hiring processes
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote our EVP across platforms
• Drive hiring for high-growth areas like CRM, retention, sports trading, and development
• Maintain a solid candidate pipeline and keep data up to date in our ATS
• Support DEI goals and inclusive hiring practices
• Track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, quality of hire)

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in gaming or fast-paced digital industries
• Proven track record hiring for commercial, tech, and operational roles
• Deep understanding of sourcing tools, talent trends, and gaming market dynamics
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g. Workable, HackerRank ,Greenhouse)
• Passion for people, process, and great candidate experiences
• Ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities at speed but more importantly accuracy.
