We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Sports Trader to join our sportsbook team. You’ll manage live odds, monitor market movements, and ensure accurate pricing across a wide range of sports — delivering a competitive, compliant, and profitable sportsbook product.

What You’ll Do

• Manage pre-match and in-play trading across major and niche sports.
• Monitor betting patterns, liabilities, and market exposure.
• Adjust pricing in real time based on live events, data feeds, and market movements.
• Collaborate with risk and fraud teams to identify irregular betting activity.
• Analyse the performance of sports, leagues, and betting products.
• Ensure betting markets are accurate, competitive, and compliant.
• Contribute to margin management and profitability strategies.
• Support content and promotion planning with pricing insights.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and CRM teams to align offers and odds.
• Help test and improve internal trading tools and systems.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–4 years’ experience in sports trading or sportsbook operations.
• Strong knowledge of major sports (football, tennis, basketball, etc.) and betting markets.
• Excellent numerical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during live events.
• Proficiency with trading tools, data feeds, and risk management systems.
• Analytical mindset and confidence in using data to guide decisions.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and live match hours.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with in-play trading and manual price adjustments.
• Familiarity with trading platforms such as BetRadar, BetGenius, or in-house tools.
• Knowledge of UKGC or other regulated market compliance requirements.
