We’re hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead strategic operator partnerships and commercial growth in the iGaming space. This is a high-impact role focused on revenue generation, deal structuring, and monetisation of premium media assets. What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow operator partnerships from onboarding through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
  • Monetise media assets including hero banners, streaming placements, and category exclusivity
  • Optimise inventory yield across the portfolio
  • Structure and negotiate commercial deals (CPA, rev share, hybrid, tenancy, fixed-fee)
  • Build forecasts, business cases, and investment plans
  • Create and maintain sales decks, rate cards, and premium proposals
  • Support hiring and scaling of the commercial team
 

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong commercial background in iGaming, sports betting, sweepstakes, or affiliate/performance marketing
  • Proven ability to manage operator accounts and close strategic deals
  • Comfortable using KPIs and dashboards to drive decisions
  • Experience working cross-functionally with SEO, content, product, and analytics teams
  • Native or near-native English with strong communication skills
  • Solid grasp of digital acquisition models (SEO, content, CRO, social, streaming)
  • Organised and process-driven with a hands-on mindset
  • Commercial ownership attitude focused on outcomes, not just activities

  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools
