The HR Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing all arears of Human Resources management. This position is designed for a dynamic individual who is driven to develop HR strategies that align with our business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance and support to ensure effectiveness and consistency.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for staff to enhance skills and competencies.
  • Advise and counsel management on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Manage HR databases and ensure accurate employee records are maintained.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Prepare and manage HR budgets, forecasting staffing needs and costs.

 

What You'll Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

 

Bonus Points For

  • 3 years of experience in a Human Resources management role.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Experience in a similar industry or organization is preferred.
