We’re looking for a high-performing Head of Affiliate Sales to lead growth for a proven iGaming affiliate business. This is a senior commercial role for a strategic dealmaker who can maximise the value of our traffic, expand our affiliate network, and drive long-term monetisation. If you thrive on building partnerships, closing high-value deals, and leading high-performance sales teams, this is your stage.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to monetise our traffic and hit revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow an existing pipeline while creating new business opportunities with affiliates and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, responding to needs and delivering positive customer experiences.
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building short-, medium-, and long-term pipelines aligned to targets.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on sales performance, ROI, and market trends.
  • Represent the company at international iGaming affiliate trade fairs and industry events.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or the iGaming industry.
  • Proven track record with CPA and Revenue Share deals, plus media buying and advertising expertise.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and experience creating reports and pitch decks.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media marketing, and newsletter marketing.
  • High level of independence, reliability, and a collaborative approach to team success.

  • Established network in the iGaming affiliate industry.
  • Experience presenting and optimising websites through multi-channel marketing activities.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience in ROI evaluation for campaigns.
