We’re searching for a seasoned Financial Director to lead the financial strategy of upcoming online sportsbook and casino brand. You’ll own budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and reporting as we scale. You must be comfortable operating at pace, in regulated environments, and with complex revenue flows. This role is high-impact, remote-friendly, and backed by performance-based incentives.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Manage P&L analysis, cash flow, and revenue recognition for casino & sportsbook operations
• Drive pricing models, margin analysis, and business performance dashboards
• Ensure financial compliance with multi-market regulations and audit requirements
• Collaborate with leadership across Product, Ops, Legal, and Marketing teams
• Support fundraising and investor reporting including board-level financial packages

What You’ll Bring

• Senior finance leadership experience within sportsbook, casino, or iGaming brands
• Deep expertise in revenue models, regulatory compliance, and tax/reporting frameworks
• Hands-on experience managing P&L, forecasts, budgeting, KPIs, and cash flow
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial systems and BI tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management — board reporting, investors, auditors
