We’re hiring a CRM Executive to drive customer retention and engagement for online casino and sports brand. This fully remote role involves supporting campaigns across a range of markets — both regulated and unregulated — with a focus on player value, lifecycle journeys, and performance-led communication. You’ll help execute multi-channel retention efforts that bring players back and boost loyalty.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and in-app channels
- Segment audiences and tailor content to improve player retention and reactivation
- Collaborate with creative and data teams to optimize messaging, timing, and formats
- Monitor KPIs like open rates, retention curves, and offer conversion
- Test and improve lifecycle journeys for different player segments
- Support daily operations of CRM platforms and engagement tools
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years CRM or marketing experience in digital products or entertainment
- Understanding of the online casino model and general online gambling space
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Optimove, Braze, or similar
- Basic grasp of customer segmentation and retention metrics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple campaigns
- Clear communicator who can work async across teams
