We’re hiring a CRM Executive to support the execution of smart, engaging, and data-driven player campaigns.
You’ll work closely with the Head of CRM to deliver campaigns that drive retention, reactivation, and loyalty across all key channels: email, SMS, push, and onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, launch, and monitor CRM campaigns across multiple channels
- Use segmentation tools to target specific player groups
- Help plan and deliver weekly, monthly, and seasonal promotions
- Assist in writing and editing campaign copy with creative teams
- Work with the Head of CRM to test and optimise journeys
- Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Ensure campaigns are QA’d, delivered on time, and aligned with brand tone
- Keep CRM calendars and documentation up to date
- Spot trends in player behaviour to support better targeting and offers
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years experience in CRM, retention marketing, or player communications
- Understanding of CRM tools like Optimove, FastTrack, Braze, or similar
- Experience running campaigns in a fast-paced, digital environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable working with data, segmentation, and automation
- Creative thinker with a customer-first mindset
- Team player who thrives under tight deadlines
Bonus Points For
- iGaming or sports betting experience
- Understanding of player lifecycles, bonuses, and promotions
- Basic HTML or experience with email templates
