We’re hiring a Country Manager (DACH) to lead market growth across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You’ll drive strategy, lead a cross-functional team and scale performance across SEO, content and commercial impact. Native-level German and a sharp grasp of the DACH digital landscape are a must.

What You’ll Do

• Own and grow regional websites in iGaming and trading
• Define and execute SEO and content strategies tailored to local search behaviour and regulation
• Lead and grow a team of writers, editors and designers
• Localise content and UX to maximise user experience and ensure compliance
• Monitor traffic, rankings, revenue and other key metrics
• Track regulatory changes and adapt plans accordingly
• Run competitor analysis and find new growth opportunities
• Own P&L for the DACH region and report on performance
• Test new campaigns, channels and product ideas
• Support growth of trading-related content within financial compliance frameworks
• Analyse audience trends to refine engagement and acquisition

What You’ll Bring

• Native-level German and fluent English
• 5+ years in SEO and content, ideally in affiliate or lead generation
• Proven success in iGaming, sports betting, finance or trading
• Strong understanding of user behaviour and market trends in the DACH region
• Multi-channel acquisition experience (SEO, paid media, social)
• Comfort with regulatory compliance in gambling and trading content
• Strong performance marketing skills (Google Ads, native, paid social)
• Experience building strategies for trading or finance audiences
• Confident team and project leader
• WordPress proficiency (HTML knowledge is a plus)
• Analytical, proactive and solutions-oriented
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
