We’re looking for a Content Manager who can lead the charge in creating high-impact content that drives engagement, loyalty, and player action.
You’ll manage our tone of voice, content calendar, and creative output across CRM, onsite, blog, social, and more—making sure everything we publish speaks to our players and supports our brand.
What You’ll Do
- Own the content strategy for player communication across all channels
- Plan and manage a content calendar that aligns with CRM, promotions, and campaigns
- Write and edit engaging, on-brand copy for emails, onsite banners, blog posts, and push notifications
- Collaborate with CRM, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Brief and manage freelance writers or content creators when needed
- Optimise content for SEO and user engagement
- Ensure tone, style, and accuracy across all assets
- Analyse content performance and adjust strategies to improve results
- Stay current on player trends, market activity, and content innovations
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years content or copywriting experience, ideally in iGaming, sports, or digital
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience managing content calendars and workflows
- Strong grasp of tone, player motivations, and content performance metrics
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and email tools (e.g. WordPress, Optimove, Braze)
- Basic SEO knowledge and understanding of what drives clicks and conversions
- Able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in casino and sportsbook content
- Knowledge of bonus mechanics, responsible gaming, and regulation standards
- Visual content experience (basic image editing, social creatives)
