We’re hiring a CEO to lead and scale a high-growth B2B platform provider in the sweepstakes and social gaming space. This is a rare opportunity to own company strategy, shape product-market dynamics, and build a category-defining organisation from the top down. You'll bring sharp operational discipline, commercial instinct, and the ability to navigate regulatory nuance — all while driving a performance-led, people-first culture.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute a long-term growth strategy aligned with product-market opportunity
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across product, operations, commercial, and compliance
  • Build and lead a high-performing exec team across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success
  • Manage large, distributed teams with clarity, accountability, and measurable outcomes
  • Own financial performance — revenue, margins, burn rate, cash flow
  • Develop scalable commercial models and pricing strategies for enterprise clients
  • Represent the company to clients, regulators, investors, and industry forums
  • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform product and GTM priorities
 

What You’ll Bring

  • Executive-level experience in B2B SaaS, gaming platforms, or fintech
  • Strong knowledge of sweepstakes and social gaming regulatory frameworks
  • Proven ability to scale a business from early-stage to sustainable growth
  • Track record managing large cross-functional teams and scaling org structures
  • Operational fluency — from P&L ownership to process optimisation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and board-facing skills

  • Previous CEO/Founder/COO experience in a regulated digital industry
  • Experience expanding a B2B platform into various markets
