This role puts you at the centre of real-time game decisions, shaping the success of live events across a high-growth social gaming portfolio. If you've got sharp SQL skills, a bias for action, and a brain that speaks both data and product, we want to talk.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Design and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, player behaviour, monetisation trends, and event performance
  • Deliver cohort and funnel analysis, LTV modelling, and player segmentation to drive live ops and content decisions
  • Monitor live game activity to make real-time adjustments to events, pacing, difficulty, and in-game rewards
  • Plan and execute A/B tests to validate monetisation, engagement, and retention hypotheses
  • Work closely with product, content, and marketing teams to embed data into every ops decision
 

What You’ll Bring

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in BI, analytics, or Live Ops, ideally in mobile gaming, F2P, or consumer digital products
  • Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift or similar) and modern BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Strong grasp of game metrics: DAU, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, retention curves, conversion rates
  • Confidence making data-led decisions in live environments and acting fast when the numbers change
  • Ability to turn data into action, and insights into impact for both technical and non-technical teams
 

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in social casino or casual mobile games
  • Familiarity with live ops tools, in-game CMS, or content configuration systems
  • Understanding of player psychology and F2P monetisation mechanics
