We’re hiring a BI Data Analyst to join our Monetisation team and turn performance marketing data into insights that drive growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop dashboards, run experiments, model outcomes, and guide marketing strategy through analytics. If you’re fluent in SQL, Python or R, and thrive on solving real-world problems with data, this one's for you.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of acquisition channels
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for traffic, conversions, and lifetime value tracking
  • Design and implement data strategies to optimize marketing performance
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for decision-making
  • Analyze user journeys to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests for landing pages, offers, and affiliate traffic
  • Build predictive models to forecast traffic, conversion, and revenue outcomes
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by working with product and engineering teams
  • Define and enforce data collection standards and best practices
  • Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Use tools such as SQL, Python or R, Google Analytics, Looker, and Tableau
  • Identify reporting issues through anomaly detection and behavioral analysis
  • Promote a data-driven culture and share best practices internally
 

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, including 2+ years in performance or affiliate marketing
  • Proficiency in SQL with the ability to query and optimise large datasets
  • Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Working knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics and automation
  • Ability to design, execute, and interpret A/B tests with statistical accuracy
  • Strong skills in predictive modeling, regression, cohort, and LTV analysis
  • Understanding of affiliate KPIs, attribution models, and conversion funnels
  • Proven ability to turn data into insights that improve business performance
  • Experience in fast-paced digital or e-commerce environments
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting data to non-technical audiences
  • Commercial awareness and ability to align analytics with strategic goals
  • Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
