This isn’t a “make dashboards, send reports, repeat” kind of role. We’re hiring a commercially sharp BI Data Analyst to turn complex data into clean, strategic decisions. You’ll be embedded in our monetisation crew, focused on scaling affiliate and performance marketing across high-growth verticals. If you're fluent in SQL, Python or R, and data that drives business, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and report on acquisition channels: traffic, conversions, LTV, ROI
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking marketing and user funnel performance
  • Design and implement data strategies to optimise acquisition and retention
  • Run A/B tests on offers, landing pages, and traffic flows with solid statistical rigour
  • Develop predictive models to forecast traffic, conversions, and revenue outcomes across affiliate segments
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure data integrity across systems
  • Detect anomalies, identify issues, and uphold best practices in data quality
  • Share insights with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Ops
  • Champion a data-driven mindset across teams

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years in data analytics, with 2+ years in affiliate or performance marketing
  • Strong SQL: comfortable querying large datasets and optimising joins
  • Hands-on with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and Google Analytics
  • Confident in Python or R for statistical modelling, wrangling, and automation
  • Proven A/B testing expertise: design, execution, and analysis
  • Experience in predictive modelling (LTV, churn, revenue forecasting)
  • Strong communication skills: data storytelling that lands with non-technical teams
  • Commercial thinking: you understand how data powers strategy and ROI

  • Deep knowledge of attribution models, affiliate KPIs, and conversion funnels
  • Experience in anomaly detection and behavioural pattern analysis
  • A background in e-commerce or fast-paced digital environments
  • Clear examples of turning data into measurable business outcomes
