We're hiring a sharp, product-minded AI Automations Engineer to build the internal tools that power growth. You’ll help automate, integrate, and supercharge how go-to-market, operations, and finance teams work — using AI to eliminate the grind and unlock scale.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build internal tools that streamline GTM, Ops, and Finance workflows
• Develop AI agents to automate tasks, integrate data, and surface insights
• Partner cross-functionally to understand pain points and deliver technical solutions fast
• Prototype and deploy full-stack features that drive operational efficiency
• Experiment with automation to optimize and scale internal systems
• Create enablement tooling that makes data and insights actionable for teams

What You’ll Bring

• Full-stack engineering experience — able to build and own systems end-to-end
• Strong skills in Python and SQL
• Experience with LLMs, prompting, and AI agents
• Solid grounding in integration patterns and infrastructure management
• Builder mindset with a bias toward action and rapid iteration
• Strong product intuition and systems thinking

• Experience working with GTM, Ops, or Finance teams
• Background in AI tooling, sales automation, or business systems
• Track record of launching internal tools or technical experiments
